Naturally dyed yarns and fibres should be handwashed (or use a handwash cycle on the washing machine) in warm water and need a mild detergent with neutral pH. Acidic and alkaline conditions can actually alter the colour that you have.

We recommend using Eucalan as your final rinse. A teaspoonful is all that is needed to protect your fibres from moth attack and keep them in good condition.
